OUR restaurant partners

If you’re a foodie, Roswell is an amazing place to live! Martin’s Garden is blessed to have developed a relationship with a select group of the city’s most iconic restaurants. The restaurants highlighted below all feature our uber-local produce. But these relationships are all deep, multi-faceted and bi-directional. If you’ve ever been at a Martin’s Garden farm event, you will most likely have seen chefs from From the Earth or Gracious Plenty running the show. If you’ve seen us at the Roswell Farmer’s Market, you’ll likely see us chatting with Woody from Table & Main there who acts as the farmer’s market president. It’s so fantastic (and yummy) to have friends in this restaurant community! Stop by to visit the restaurants and tell them the Martin’s Garden team sent you!

Tim delivering his spent grain to Martin’s Garden. The grain makes an excellent addition to our compost and our goats and sheep love it as a special treat! Thanks Tim!

IT ALL STARTED WITH A VISION...

“The cuisine and the well-balanced beers at the brewpub is a vision I’ve had for quite some time. I want it to come full circle: sourcing our product as fresh and as local as we can. We want to give back to our local food partners, one way is by giving our spent grain from brewing to local farmers to feed their cattle and animals. We will also incorporate that spent grain in our house-made breads and even plan to make dog treats for our four-legged patrons. We want to become a part of this community in every way possible," says Tim Stevens, who has been in the restaurant scene his entire career.

gracious plenty

Gracious Plenty is a Roswell neighborhood icon! This wonderful bakery and breakfast spot located on Roswell’s Canton Street can’t be beat for the most delicious breakfasts including incredible homemade biscuits. Owners Jasmin Willis and Connor Slewitzke each have their own special gifts. Jasmin is the baker in the family, known for her incredible biscuits and desserts. Shari Martin is a crazy fan of Jasmin’s incredible almond cake and always stops by to pick up a full cake to take with her for any out-of-town travel with guests. Connor is a fantastic chef and has been the phenomenal culinary force behind many charity dinners hosted at Martin’s Garden.
