Ellijay Mushrooms is a unique mushroom farm located in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains in Ellijay, Georgia. Our mission is to produce the healthiest, best tasting, and highest quality shiitake mushrooms. Weekly delivery (12 deliveries) of 1/2 a pound of Oyster mushrooms. Mushrooms are Georgia Grown, Primus 3.0 Certified, Certified Naturally Grown (CNG) and Appalachian Grown certified.
